I visited this doctor for the first time a few months ago. The staff was great and they took me on time. I had a cyst on my scalp when was slowly bursting and very painful. Dr. Bevilacqua was able to remove it during this initial visit. It took a week to heal but instantly felt better once removed.

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
The doctor is competent in her field, however get ready to wait a long time to see her. This is the reason I will not be seeing her again. They double/triple book appointments all the time. Even if you ask for the first appointment in the day or after lunch, get ready to wait 45-90 minutes..... If you ask why is the doctor running late, you'll get the standard response, "that the doctor had an unusual case to deal with". I've seen both dermatologists in this practice. I found them to be courteous and responsive as well as knowledgeable. However, it is difficult to contact anyone in the office to make appointments. I often leave messages on the voicemail asking someone to contact me regarding scheduled but I never receive a return call.
All of my questions were answered during the appointment, which put my mind at ease. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
The wait before being seen is never less than 1/2 hour from my experience. My last appt was at 10 and I was seen at 10:50.
