I was in Lowell and needed a trim and after a quick google search I found Paula's place. Got there an hour before closing time and they took me right away. Paula is friendly and very knowledgeable in her craft. I left happy with the result it was just was I was looking for and a little more. I definitely recommend this hair salon.
They don’t answer the phone to schedule or answer questions related to service coming from far way just to ask about the service you need is inconvenient
