Seemed really good. But prescribed pills and nothing. She referred me to a oral surgeon for a 40,000 surgery. Not covered. All out of pocket. All I did was spend $$$$

I came to this office and although the care was very good, I do have to complain about scheduling. My second appointment to follow up the first, was rescheduled by them. I then had to reschedule my appointment and now they apparently have to make sure it’s okay because I rescheduled once on them. It’s so difficult to make these appointments when they’re opened such limited time with limited hours. Unless you take days off, these appointments are difficult to meet. I have To say I went In, the receptionist was rude- not a good way to greet people — The dentist was dismissive sent me to her dental friend who used to be in a partnership with my former dentist- that dentist told me to keep it a secret that Dr Barbison sent me to him We are human beings not toys- she passed me off because she could not figure out like all the other dentists I saw that I had Cracks in my teeth and a disjointed jaw and bad mouthguards We all deserve respect and proper treatment and if u don’t know what you a... read more

Dr. Barbisan is a breath of fresh air! She is the only TMJ specialist I have seen in the past few years, who is actually a devoted specialist. She is not fitting you into a busy dental practice but is solely a specialist. She did not ask for an exorbitant amount of money up front. The device she had created for me is the first one that is comfortable and does not rub mouth tissue. She is caring and compassionate. I highly recommend her for TMJ issues.

I experience popping and clicking on the left side of my jaw so I came here because I wanted to make sure my joints were ok with a doctor that is board certified. Dr. Barbisan did an exam as well as a cone beam scan for my specific situation which was extremely helpful. My original goal was to see: does my jaw/joints need to be stabilized before I do orthodontic treatment? Are my joints ok after years of clicking?
