I am visiting from out of town and my poor dog Maple was hurt on a Sunday. I was able to call them and then they got her in on Monday right at 8 am. They walked me through what they were doing and needed to do to help Maple. They worked very fast and efficient. From start to finish everyone was so nice and helpful. I’m very thankful that they were able to help Maple through her dislocated toe. I would highly recommend if you need a vet that cares about your animals and works hard to make sure they’re going to be okay.
I am so thankful that they were able to get me in on a Saturday for my dog after I could tell something was wrong! They were amazing! I highly recommend them
Really great place very kind in tough situations. Animals treated very well. Even in emergency they are there for your animal. Moutainaire is really the best for your animal care! Be large or small they treat each animal with love and care!! Staff lets you know step by step on what is happening with your animal!! Even if you have a dog that doesn't let anyone touch his feet they go the extra mile to be sure he get the pedicure he so needs!! Staff is awesome! We were traveling in an RV and had to leave the RV at the shop all day. We weren’t allowed to stay with our rig so we had to find a place to board our 4 cats (who had never been boarded). Our concerns were put to rest when we met Stephanie and her team. The facility was immaculate, smelled clean and our animals were put in areas with plenty of room. We appreciated the great care they received. We highly recommend this business!
Mountainaire has been taking care of my dog's for 30 plus years and on Monday I had the best experience with everyone there, they made me feel like a family member it was great. I recommend them for all your pets needs. Thanks Paul and staff. Much love ❤️ and many thanks again. Jer.
