Had entropian surgery on my chow Beau,&it looks worse now than it did before,I paid 800$ for nothing, dr.nations needs to fix it ,okay with my other chows

My family has gone to Mountainaire for decades. I moved away in 2014 and had to switch vets. But while we were on vacation our dog had to have emergency surgery in the middle of the night. There was no better feeling than knowing he would be at Mountainaire. They took the best care of him. Thank you Dr Ariel.
Well overall our experience was good; we also had a hick-up with the process. We put out dog down on April 22nd, 2026. They were great people during the time, very sympathetic and helpful with questions. But I personally had called on May 18th, 2026, and was told it will take around 4-6 weeks (but they received him on May 14th, 2026, four days prior to when I had called) and they will for sure give me a call when he is ready.
