Requested shower plumbing to be relocated. Service was adequately performed by 1 person. 7 months later I was billed for this service plus a repair of an outside facet performed on another date by 2 plumbers which was not requested or performed at my residence. I attempted to explain to the woman taking care of the billing that these were 2 calls to 2 different residences. She has refused to research their error. Horrible customer service and book keeping!
