Dr Liu, made me feel insignificant on our first visit at his office. He made is seem as if I was a liar and a thief who would committed medical fraud. Out of nowhere he just said he didn't do medical fraud, I was perplexed, he didn't say that to my white friend who wanted to sue him. I really hoped it wasn't because of my race. I had a white friend whom I talked out of suing him because I had that much respect for him in the begining.
