Paul from State Farm allowed somebody else to cancel my insurance which left me without insurance for two months. I only found out because I got pulled over which now cost less to pay the ticket than it does to reinstate my insurance. State Farm has been in the family for 20 years and this is just one of many things we have experienced. We have now removed all of our policies from State Farm.
They were great at first.When I switched from them due to high prices. They charged me and now don’t want to return my money. They don’t answer the phone or return my calls since September.
No one likes paying for insurance, but these guys make it as easy as possible
