I rented a duplex from PWC and I was very pleased with the place. However when it came to getting my security deposit back, they did not return it at all and even charged us an extra $300 that I had to pay them. The outrageous items we were charged for were $80 to replace $5 dollar blinds from Walmart. $50 to repaint the entire inside of the duplex, which it is illegal to charge tenants for normal wear and tear in KS.
