Claims to have walk-in appointments but have never been able to secure one over the phone. Always at least one day wait. Once at the office, wait time is long: at least 30 minutes. Seeing different practitioners each time at different locations (they have 3 offices) leaves you feeling shuffled about. The staff is nice enough and knowledgeable during the visits but I've not seen the same two people, doctors or nurses, twice.
