I recently had a few pieces of jewellery resized or repaired but the most significant one was remodelling of an old engagement ring. I am extremely happy with the finished product and can't thank Paul enough for his expert advice and suggestions. He was polite and helpful right from the start and the cost was very reasonable.
Very disappointing experience. Paul is straight out rude and had to be pursued by Fair Trading to honour warranty. Would never shop here again.
Paul the owner is a very rude man, went in to get a watch band for my watch and he criticises me for not getting a brand he sells, very rude man. My partner has bought many things there obviously doesn't care about customers .
Rude and slow lady. The lack of specialists. Wasted time coming there. Wouldn't recommend this place as people don't know their job.
