I will be making a complaint to the State Bar Association for misrepresentation of my adult son because he did a horrible job of representing my minor child in a CPS case and allowed my ex (the actual abuser to get away with the case closing, by taking my exs word without proof of custody change in a different county). His office does contract work as guardian ad litem for foster care cases. He does almost nothing, waits until 1-2 days before the case to call and say he needs to see the foster child, and says almost nothing in court. Many other GALs we’ve had will travel to the foster child and are much more engaged in knowing them and their case.
