The biggest bunch of rude people that I have ever seen in a doctors office. If you are looking for a caring doctor keep looking because he is not the one for you. He will talk to you like you are a piece of trash! BEWARE OF QUACK!!!!!!
Dr Hearndon and his staff are so professional and caring. He listen and gives you the time you need to teat you well.... I would suggest anyone in the area to use him. Thanks..
Everyone i saw was really nice and directed me where i needed to go well. I didnt have to wait very long at all, and my doctor even popped in to apologize for my wait and introduce himself and assure me he'd be back in just a few minutes. I feel like id been waiting like 30 seconds at that point so i didnt mind at all. I saw dr busian, and before i went in i looked him up and saw the not so flattering review here and became terrified. Im pregnant and have anxiety. But he was super nice. I will definitely continue seeing him.... read more

Dr. Herndon and the nurses are great, but the receptionist is quite curt and it seems that when Dr. Herndon gives you directions to call him for advice or other services him and the receptionist are not on the same page. In summary great Dr. And nurses crappy receptionist. I will continue to use him, I'll just have to bite my tongue when dealing with her.
I had just moved to MN and I had my first experience at the Alex clinic. I saw Dr. Busian for a medication refill. He was somewhat cold and demeaning. Horrible bed side manner. Would not recommend seeing him if possible. The other staff I encountered were pleasant and nice. I will try again for another doc next time.

Awful Doctor. He was rude and he literally yelled at me for missing an appointment. I heard he was mean I didn't believe it. I sure do now.
This clinic was very nice. But something changes. Its slacking. The staff can be rude and sometimes crabby. I have been there for years but now i changes to Broadway Medical. Broadway Medical is much better then Alex Clinic. The doctors at Alex Clinic are not professional. They are very controling and make you feel like they know whats wrong with you more then you do.
