I recently had an eye exam appointment with Paul Vision Institute. I was new to this practice and had chosen them because they advertise on their website that they use a holistic approach to eye care and that I could have an eye exam WITHOUT the use of dilation. I have had detached retinas, both eyes, with multiple surgeries. Dr. Paul has helped me to see again with glasses and I have been able to keep my license. Thank God for this gifted man!
We were incorrectly billed thru our medical insurance and not our VSP. Then after the visit, we received a $190 bill instead of our $10 co pay. When I called and spoke with Michelle, she said there's nothing they can do about it. They only bill thru medical insurance. It wasn't a medical visit but a routine eye exam for updated prescription on contacts. Don't go unless you want to pay large amount out of pocket.
