I purchased an eBike battery online from this business (E-Bikes 508) using one of their coupon codes. The battery arrived defective and would not charge despite attempting to charge it using multiple electrical outlets and battery chargers. I was told the bike I was purchasing was brand new when it was in fact a 2021. The E-bike had electronic issues and would shut off while riding. When returning I was charged $300 for a "restocking fee" which was no where to be seen on the website or said at time of purchase. The owner is deceptive and his business practices are shady at best.
