Our water heater quit working. We called two different businesses. Both said they were booked until next week. We called Paul Vadnais Plumming. They were so kind. They diagnosed the problem over the phone. They gave us the part number we needed. We went and picked it up. They were here within an hour and repaired it. Very reasonable and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again in the future.
Said they would order a part. Never heard from them again.
Ronnie & Paul were great! They did a great job on the work contracted out to do, were professional, and stood by their work. We thought there was a slight issue following (our misunderstanding) and they opted to come back out in a timely manner to check for no additional fee. 10/10 would recommend working with Ronnie & Paul on any plumbing needs you might have!
They were able to come by the same day I called and fixed our drain issue quickly. Very nice guys, would recommend to anyone in their service area!
Tried to use them for first time today. Booked a 4 hour window and they never showed. Called 4 times asking for an update ETA and never got a return call. Talked to 3-4 different people who sounded like they were in a call center. Won’t call again. Bummed bc wanted to support local. Guess I’ll be calling the “big box” guys now.
