Dr. Downing performed my open heart surgery in December of 2020. He and his assistant Brian explained everything and answered every question and concern I had about my procedure. At the time I didn't know anything about Dr. Downing so my concerns were genuinely open and honest. I think I might have unintentionally offended him.
