Wasn't pleasant
Called today and was asked for my policy number to telephone number to begin with. A lady named Sandy was the person I spoke to and I cannot explain how rude this woman was. She spoke over me loudly repeating the same thing over and over to somewhat ignore me. No customer service training, just rude and impolite! Never calling there again! Fix this!
