dr topf is wonderful. i had a cancerous lump he removed 5 years ago. i have been seeing him and his staff twice a year since then and they have been nothing but friendly, polite and helpful every visit.
Don’t use this doctor. Saw him twice and will not go back due to his disinterest in my condition. Poor treatment. Poor patient care. I felt like I was bothering him to be there.
I had a problem with my voice that my primary care physician referred to a specialist. I was referred to Dr. Topf at the Greece location on English Road. About an hour before the appointment I decided to google him and see his reviews. OH MY GOD! I saw such terrible reviews and sorta freaked out, but decided to at least go see him as it was literally an hour before the appointment. I went to the appointment and saw him. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible doctor, should not be allowed to practice! Looked in my mouth for less than 30 seconds wouldn’t listen to my concerns at all, extremely rude and dismissive! said “what do you want me to do for you” Worst doctor i’ve ever met in my life, never ever see this man. Terrible experience!!!!
I should have seen all the reviews of this “doctor” before making an appointment with him, everything they write about him is true. I had never had a doctor so disinterested, he never made eye contact with me, my visit with him lasted exactly 2 minutes, he looked at my ear for a second, told me I don't see anything wrong, and on the way to the door to leave I tried to ask him questions about my symptoms, and already at the exit door without looking at me, he tells me go to the dentist.
