Horrible. RUN.
I had excellent experiences with Dr. Topf. He promptly scheduled a tonsillectomy following my initial consultation, and subsequently addressed a separate nasal issue during a follow-up appointment.
HORRIBLE experience!! If I could give 0 stars I would, worst doctor i’ve ever seen in my life! He looked in my mouth for less than 15 seconds and was extremely dismissive, and horribly rude. Waste of time! he won’t give you the time of day. Never go to this man ever!
He is a nice man, but seemed like he was in a rush. He read my paper, asked whats going on, looked in my ears and throat. I spoke for a minute and he said all looked fine. He asked if there was anything else and referred me to get a hearing test and we were done in a record of 3 to 5 minutes. Personally I would appreciate more bedside manner, but after the hearing test the other female doctor took her time and answered my Q's and explained my hearing test results.
