RecommendedBest caramel apples around! The Apple Pie caramel apple is amazing. Their staff truly goes out of their way for the customers. When I came in there were no Apple Pies on the shelf. I asked when they would have some, and the staff offered to make two for me on the spot during their opening hour. Thank you!!
My first introduction to their chocolate covered strawberries. They lived up to their storied reputation. Even 45 minutes before closing, they were still juicy and fresh.
I highly recommend the caramel apples! The caramel is buttery not too sweet and thick!!! Perfect dessert after dinner in the square
Been a customer since they first opened in their location off the square and love everything they do! The chocolates are amazing! Even though I moved 1/2houraway, I need to go there whenever I am in Dahlonega!

Same home receipes since 1974. Class act in Dahlonega since 2006. Recognized as a fine chef in Bonapptite Magazine as an accomplished chef. Paul's chen De Rotisserie metal came so early in this career. And still keeps his hands active at the wonderful age of 78. His wife of 19 years is his greatest supporter . Lori and Paul still had a presence ever week at Paul Thomas chocolates.
Our family loved Paul Thomas Chocolates. The staff was friendly and the chocolates were awesome. We got 1 1/2 pounds of assorted chocolates and they are all very good. The lemon truffles and chocolate mints were my favorite.

This is a great place for chocolates and doggie treats. Yes, my dog likes their dog treats and no, they are not chocolate. The folks here are so nice and so patient! Stop in and see them when you are in Dahlonega.
