They send out scam letters stating that you have a recall on your vehicle and have to come to them to get it repaired. None of my vehicles were ever sold at this place, none of them even have an active recall, and even if I did need a mechanic I'll take my vehicles to a real mechanic with a privately owned shop. Dealership repair bays are famous for 3 things. Doing piss-poor work that you inevitably have to pay someone else to fix, trying to sell you parts and services that you don't need, and overcharging you about 10 times... read more

Offered them cost plus 10% on a vehicle that was just traded in. They refused the offer. It was a good offer. They should work with locals for better business.
