Driving down route 1 in Kittery. Paul (you know it's him because the van says "Paul the Painter"), is tailgating me. I am going 30 in a 25 so I am not going to go any faster. When the car next to me gets a tiny space forward, Paul zips into that lane, and then cuts me off pulling in front of me, but in doing so I had to slam on my brakes, otherwise HE would have hit me in his wild maneuver.
