Wow!! Paul Swartz surpassed my expectations for landscape design and implementation. He LISTENED to my ideas and wants for our new build/property and then took that to the next level! He spent a fair amount of time initially just walking our property to get a feel for the natural landscape and what areas received more or less sun. Communication was good and project was done in timely matter! This is the second house we’ve used Paul Swartz for and I’m looking forward to a continued partnership forever!!!

So they were honest and did a nice job. However, we had some plants that are not doing well. I contacted the office and spoke to Elizabeth. She came off condescending and sarcastic. It's not something I expected from having spent close to double digits in the thousands for a landscaping project. Be warned that professionalism isn't in the office. Thankfully, it is in the field. My wife and I stop in to see what kind of pine trees they had available and were greeted by a staff member named Sam. She is very knowledgeable and was very helpful to us. We will return with the number of trees we need, we were pleased with the service and kindness of Paul Swartz nursery staff, kindness goes a long way.
