Horrible place to rent from.. the customer service is lacking intelligence.. Our card was ran double, two months in a row. We called and told them to take the card off file (which is recorded) and they refused to do so. When we called to complain, the excuse was that "there was an "old" lady doing the billing that needed to be replaced. We were told that they would gift a month of storage due to the problem and then called and stated that they were backing on that as well.
