kaleb and ricky showed up right on time, gave me a quote and helped me out with the price, explained about how long the carpet cleaning would take, and got started. my carpets had some pet stains, a few small spots, and lots of dirt from heavy foot traffic since they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. after they finished, they asked me to check everything over to make sure i was happy. we did the payment paperwork, and they even moved a sofa and table back into place before leaving for their next job. this is probably my th... read more
