After installing the salt water conversion system wrong, not recommending a variable speed motor, falsely claiming 3 invoices were unpaid, the final customer service miss was concluding to terminate our service after 5 years and $15,000 of paid services because I complained about their accounting records. The termination correspondence ended up in SPAM and only a green color pool signaled to me there was a service issue. Moved here from New Jersey.. You get what you pay for- top of the line attention to detail service, guidance ,new equipment and professionalism. Hats off to Andre and Todd .

Paul has always come out when we've had a problem, always very prompt and professional. He has stopped over 2 days before Christmas , when he was very busy, to fix our pool heater so our grandchildren could enjoy the pool. He has been our pool person for over 8 years now, and we are very satisfied. His wife is excellent too, always very helpful over the phone.
