Paul is very helpful and offers lots of advice, he is very quick to respond and provides good advice and will get your boiler serviced in good time. He also calls you to make an appointment around the time your service is due, which is very useful and helpful. I recommend Paul is on your short list if you require an independant boiler service specialist.
