Told us that our trade was worth 11,000. When we traveled clean across the state to purchase the Forest River Vibe 26RK and having put down a NON REFUNDABLE $500, they told us since the exterior sink was missing that they could only give us 10,000. Of course we tried to fight that but they refused to budge. We would of traveled 225 miles and be out the $500 if we didnt buy it. If you want customer service... avoid this place like the plague... rude people, dangerous drivers... Chad was asked repeatedly to slow down with the golf cart while throwing myself and my seizure dog around... i finally said enough let me off and he proceded to hollar at me and be a total jerk... my husband got involved and put a stop to it. Wouldn’t even give one star except it is the only way to leave review. Website says financing with scores as low as 550. Fine, I filled out the app after pulling all 3 of my credit scores. Two above 580 and one above 615. They said they couldn’t do it because of debt-to-income ratio. My DTI is 30% at the most. No response. Don’t believe what you read on their website. Unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit. No communication at all. They do not know how to conduct business ethically. I guess this is how they treat health care ... read more

I am not even giving one star ,their ad says they can get you in a rv no matter what as long as your score is 550 and up and no matter what your credit is,no where does it say it depends on the bank,we were told on 06/05/2019 that our score is 604 and 624 and that they would be having a sales person calling us to discuss what camper we wanted and then today at 12:50 we get a call from George and he said he couldn't get us financing ,their advertisement is mis leading ,very disappointed. wasn't going to do any stars but I had... read more
Shaun was efficient and profession without being pushy. I am a first time buyer and he walked me through the process without making me feel ignorant. He provided service after the sale. If your are new to RV's or experienced he is your guy.
