I went to the dealership to consider buying a car. I was very honest about my credit and the amount I had available, and also about how much money I had to pay as a down payment. One of the salespeople was very rude and treated me very poorly. He wasn't interested in talking to me for two minutes, and the only thing I heard was "Good morning." That's all I had to do was go to another dealership to buy a car. Congratulations, you'll lose customers like this.
I bought this car remotely. The experience was fantastic. We did a trade-in as well. Sales person, Ethan Osborne, Manager Mason Clark and Jerome, who transported the vehicle were all fantastic. Highly recommend.
Kevin the salesman was great along with the owners Jim and Mike my new ram 3500 is amazing my gooseneck that use to feel scary to pull loaded heavy now feels like a lawnmower trailer behind this truck definitely impressed with ram and Cummins 10 out of 10 recommend sherry Chrysler for all your truck needs
