absolutely horrible experiences, mixed with a few okay ones. treated poorly for trying to get refills on scripts. have had to call the office many times after they said they had sent scripts to pharmacy and never did.
They have a 15 minute late policy, went to take my mom and we were 5 minutes late and they called her telling her they couldn’t see her because the person at 3 was already there, we were literally pulling in at 2:51. She wasn’t past her 15 minute late mark it was completely uncalled for and unprofessional saying she couldn’t come in and needed to reschedule. Been our family doctor for years and quite frankly doesn’t deserve our service at this point.
