I spoke with several agents & brokers, athough none of them were able to help me, based on their limitations. Most insurance agents, lack indepth general knowledge, which only comes from long term experience. Paul & Celeste have a diverse product line, that no one else seems to have, or care to learn about. Very professional and agent (Cameron Crow) explained coverages since I don't know a lot of insurance lingo. We have switched ALL of our insurance (4 policies) with Allstate and we are saving $400 annually. I like the idea of having an agent close by to be able to contact if needed.
In responding to a flyer I received in the mail, I did something I NEVER do, I called the Allstate insurance agency which sent the flyer. When an actual human being answered the call, my interest was immediately piqued. I was lucky enough to be referred to Celeste, an experienced senior agent. She and I spoke several times via phone, text, and email and her responses were always immediate.
