This was the worst car experience of my life. Without communication or authorization, Paul Safari ran up a bill for my vehicle for over $21,000.00. When confronted about this he gave me the option to either pay the amount (with no authorization or communication of cost during the process) or to pay an amount of $12,000 plus taxes. With no option I was resigned to pay $12,000 and he ripped out all of the parts and work that he did (again without authorization) and now my vehicle has no drive train, no brakes (it came to him w... read more
