I thoroughly enjoyed my first appointment here. I’ve been to larger, more modern dental offices where you feel like just a number, but here I truly felt like a real patient. There was something nostalgic about the experience. Dr. Gear was kind, patient, and thorough. She explained everything in detail, and the appointment never felt rushed. She made me feel comfortable in an environment I don’t typically enjoy. I’m genuinely looking forward to continuing my dental care here.
Family and I have been going to Dr. Paul Yi for almost 20 years. Would trust HIM with my life. Never owed money. Went a few months back for some "deep cleaning" paid co-pay, never told the new owner was not in network,was instead told Oh No Worries, we are still using his costs and what his insurances paid.Came in now -August and owed a few hundred dollars.
