I only called for information around 8:55 AM on September 4 spoke with office manager “Lisa” that explained she’s the only one there, she was extremely rude nasty to deal with wants to tell me what the practice doesn’t offer wants to tell me the entire schedule of the doctor wants to tell me his religion and how he’s out of office for so many days due to it.. I have been using Dr. Goldstein for over 42 years. His work is like an artist. Dr. Goldstein is patient and so professional, with a great personality. Great office atmosphere. Lisa at the front desk, is a doll. Dr. Goldstein’s assistants, Enid and Vanessa, both are so sweet, so professional, and they make you feel at ease. It feels like family. Never disappointed, from cleanings to implants, to pulling teeth. Etc… Thank you Thank you Lori

I will post this comment again (August 2026) as I am still a patient. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Goldstein for almost 30 years. I have had several procedures snd surgeries and I appreciate that I have received the highest quality of care. Dr. Goldstein is the best there is and he also has wonderful people working in his office assisting him. And that’s why I am his patient for so many years. I had a very good experience at the Periodontics and Implant Center of NY on Marcus Avenue. Dr. Paul Goldstein performed my deep cleaning/scaling professionally and comfortably. I chose this office after reading strong reviews and seeing them listed as an in‑network provider on my insurance website. The staff was courteous, and they even submitted the insurance paperwork for me.
