Kind, thorough, and highly intelligent. Does not regurgitate, but thinks. Is careful, but not frozen in fear. Thus resulting in excellent decisions, care, and advisement.
I actually loved Dr. Austin at first. So I’m quite sad, because now for some reason, he has this weird firewall of nurses that DON’T LET YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.. until you talk to them on the phone. In 2025, is this really even a thing, honestly? Even though I described my symptoms, as thoroughly as they are going to be described, in the appointment request. Also, I know for a fact the doctor isn’t going to read a damn thing, and I’ll have to re-explain the symptoms to him at the appointment they’re not letting me make. So ... read more
