I absolutely loved this law firm they were amazing and really on top of it
I was disappointed with my experience. Communication felt unprofessional, and I often felt dismissed when asking questions about my case. I was also surprised by additional fees that weren't clearly explained upfront. By the end of the year, I had paid around $3,000 more than I expected. I wish the billing process had been more transparent and the customer service more respectful.
