This was 2nd time going there and the the quality and service was still top notch as always. If ever needed again, I would definitely have them fix any vehicle of mine!
After a fender bender damaged my bumber, I made an appointment to have an estimate. As I drove in and parked, there were multiple people and none greeted me. Not a good way to make a first impression. Eventually a few minutes later a nice lady told me to go to the office. I was given a $717 estimate. I recently had a great experience at Paul Ries & Sons. My truck was unfortunately damaged by a stray bullet. Right away they asked me to come in for an estimate when I literally just got off the phone with State Farm. I went in and had my estimate done on Friday afternoon. Dropped my vehicle off on Monday morning before the shop opened. They called me to confirm they had my vehicle and would start working on it.
