Dr. Richardson treated my mother for kidney stones; he was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He was able c to explain things in a way which was understood and answered all questions. Absolutely horrible bedside manner, and the office literally doesn’t care about their patients. Had to have a kidney stone removed and a stent put in. I called the office in immense pain and they told me I was fine, didn’t need to come in, and offered stronger pain meds. Ended up back in the ER because the stent had migrated. Thanks for not caring at all Dr Richardson and staff.
