I'm a UMass Boston Student and used the bus service daily as a safer alternative to cycling or driving. But lately the drivers are driving way too slow like 10 mph rather than 20 mph on average, too many stops, and very unreliable. Sadly it's the only other way to get to campus from JFK UMass which is the main way to get to UMass Boston from the public transportation systems of Boston (Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, MBTA) to and from my home in Cambridge massachusetts.
