I’m not sure what the issue is and why people have given poor reviews. If you can’t get through via email, call Paul. He picks up. Confirm what you want. They deliver and do a beautiful and professional job. They were able to get us the farm tables and 20x40 tent we needed for the weekend in two configurations. Excellent work and they cost significantly less than the other company we considered.

Booked in April for a 2 week rental. Starting trying to confirm 1 week prior to scheduled setup. Tried all methods of communication. No response at all, did not show up as scheduled. Northampton Rental Center bailed me out.

We were recommended by a friend to use Redeker Rentals for a tent for our wedding. We had to call and email him so many times before he even got back to us. Then he agreed to supply a tent for us and said he’d send over a contract. He never sent the contract so we called him every day for 2 weeks and left voicemails, as well as emailed. Finally my fiancé called and the tent guy told him he wouldn’t do our wedding because it was too far. We had given him all the information beforehand so he knew where it was. Rented tent for a birthday party. Crew showed up day before and set up tent quickly. Nice crew. I discovered next morning they forgot side panels so I called my local Taylor rental whi had set it up with Redeker. A crew showed up in a couple hours and put up panels....2 hours before party. They too were polite and fast. The take down was to be day after party in morning. By 1pm I called and left message.
