Mistee is by far the best mental health provider I have ever had! During our first visit, she spent 90 minutes with me. She listened compassionately, asked lots of questions, and then recommended that I try a different medication. This was after I had spent a YEAR seeing a previous provider who had recommended multiple meds and other treatments that hadn’t helped me at all. Absolutely the bees knees ! She's by far the most beautiful human, inside and out. She's kind , understanding, and actually takes the time to access your needs. I've had several doctors before her , and she's 100% top 2. The other also worked for Whitelocks office. So he must have pretty high standards! I can't see enough about Mistee Jefferies though. One of a kind !
I have been a patient of Mrs Jefferies for about three years. From the very first visit I was treated like more than “just a patient “. Mistee really takes her time and truly cares about her patients. I have had nothing but positive experiences with, not only her, but the entire office staff. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment and in particular Mistee Jefferies. She is genuinely one of the kindest professional providers I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended.

She actually listened to me, treated me like a real human being, and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment the telehealth started. we kept it so real no judgment, no rushing just a genuine connection and care. I’m already looking forward to my 6-week follow-up, not just for my health but to catch up on life with her. That’s how amazing she is. Highly recommend!
