As a melanoma patient, I had 20+ removals over four years by Dr. Ringelman - all very positive experiences. His secretary though, is wicked. She hollers at you on the phone, talks in a very condescending way, and rolls her eyes if you ask for clarification. I'm a business owner and a grandmother who watches grandkids, so like most people - I have a very scheduled life. Fantastic. Very happy with my experience here. From the first consultation, to the follow up, Dr. Ringelman was on time, had patience and answered all of my questions. I am more than pleased that I chose Dr. Ringelman to take care of my daughters mole removal. The staff was very helpful and patient with me also! 5 Stars all around.
