We worked with Paul on the construction of our new home on LBI 8 years ago and were incredibly pleased with the process and result. Paul, his in-house team, and subcontractors were all experienced, efficient, and detailed with their work. Though the salt air environment can be harsh and our family's use of the house is too, our home still feels brand new today. We continue to work the Maina Builders team for ongoing maintenance, improvements and small projects. I strongly recommend them.
Paul Maina built our house 9 years ago on the Jersey Shore and it still feels brand new today. From start to finish, Paul and his team were on top of every detail and finished the house ahead of schedule. Any issues that arose over the years since it was built were handled immediately, and they continue to maintain the house today. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the work and the service Paul and his team have provided over the years.
Literally won't answer the phone after spending MILLIONS of dollars with him. He says his work is guaranteed, but he will purposely make sure that he never takes responsibility for anything. We had a large house built by him in LBI and the roof started to leak a MONTH after the construction was finished. He didn't care and didn't help, even though he just completed the project. Paul and his team are the absolute best! Excellent quality work, craftsmanship, communication and follow-up by a straight shooter. After doing a major renovation for us, my wife and I recommended Paul to our friends and neighbors. Now he does work on our entire street! Use them if you want great work done at a fair price by someone with integrity that goes above and beyond.
