I took my car to Paul for years never had a problem!!
Integrity. My wheel bearing blew hundreds of miles from home — where my brother’s shop is. Paul was able to tow my truck and get it fixed that day. I received the same family like service that I’m used to. Also, I noticed poor reviews from others waiting on a tow….. I understand your vehicle broke down and you’re frustrated, but you’re not the only person that needs service that day - be patient, you’re next on their list. Highly recommend this shop.
I would leave zero stars if it were an option. Empty promises, unfixed issues, horrendous communication, mean customer service by the owner Paul and his wife Lori. Thought he could take advantage of my 75 yr old grandmother. This is a horrible company. Take your business elsewhere. Since coming out about our experience, we have heard from DOZENS AND DOZENS of others who have also had negative experiences with him.
He scammed my 75 year old elderly aunt and never even actually fixed the car. Beware of this sketchy place !!!
