Aren’t there negative stars for a business that lies to its patients, especially when it’s the owner? All they are about is leaving no holes in their schedule. Reporting them to my following, BBB, and my insurance company.
Been using for many years now. Professional and friendly. Deep interest taken in the patient’s specific needs.
I emailed them to find out about massages through my insurance, because they are listed as covered through my insurance plan's website. The person who responded was so bizarrely rude, it was almost comical. Looking at other reviews, it looks like this isn't an isolated incident. Definitely lost a potential customer in me (and all the people I will tell not to patronize them). Not a great look.
Ahhh.. trying to book another appointment.
