Paul Patricelli sold us our new (old, 1885) Victorian house in the historic district of Grayslake as a relocation from about 20 miles away. We knew nothing of the area before contacting Paul. His personality and professionalism brought us to our perfect house which we love! He knew everything about the area and every house that was for sale. No time was wasted and he worked around our schedules. Everything about Paul was perfect. He is highly recommended by us to be your buy or sell agent.
Paul was amazing and always had a smile whenever we were picky about things and wanting to see more homes or seeing some homes couple of times. I think the home buying experience became such a nice experience because we could count on Paul and his expertise and he made it so easy in the end. You can always count on him giving his frank opinion about what to go and what not to go for so you have a clear understanding of all.
