Allstate handled my claim with lots of communication. The process was smooth and at times, I missed an email on something needed from me, but they used multiple forms of communication, so I received the same actions via text message.

I had a great experience working with Mike Rodriguez at Allstate. He was professional, responsive, and took the time to walk me through all of my options in detail. I really appreciated how transparent he was about coverage levels and pricing, and he made sure I understood everything without any pressure. Jocelyn was so patient and also thorough in explaining every part of my auto coverage. She took the time to find the best policy for my needs and even helped bring my rates down. I have to say that I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. She responds to my emails quickly and handles even the small details I might have overlooked.
