**edit - my original review was one star, however Paul, the owner did reach out through phone and email to follow up. I did not have time to discuss my issue again, but i do feel its fair to change from a 1 star if he did reach out and its on me that i didnt have time to hear him out. My payments were messed up because their "system didnt update in time" , so now my payment is way larger then it should be at one time and need to figure out my finacials, will not give an actual break down of my statements/payments, it is super generic. Also switching to a different insurance for half the price, same coverage, and lower deductibles. Very upset with this last encounter, but grateful its the last encounter.
