Doctor Paul O’Keeffe is the best plastic surgeon you can go to, he is a friendly man who is all about helping people! A magician! I had a laceration on my eyelid when I was 3 years old which he stitched up and there is no evidence of scarring at all! He operates on botched ops and fixes them! None of my friends or family members trust anyone else! Simply the best doctor
