Paul has truly been an incredible help to me. As a musician I’ve had a real struggle with performance anxiety and dealing with an extremely harsh inner critic. Paul guided me through a process of uncovering the roots of these internal programs and releasing them. At the end of our work together I feel free of these limitations and in that freedom is the space to make choices that bring about harmony. I am in deep gratitude of him and the work he does.
Unfortunately I was going with the expectation that Paul offered therapeutic hypnotherapy. I had high expectations, especially given the pricing, which is well above the usual range for a therapeutic hypnotherapy program / session.
