Poor service and communication. Get all information on paper, from timey repairs to complete job. This shop is not run paul newal. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!
I would never recommend this place for anyone Paul Newell had my car for 2 and a half months. He switched my rims and put them on someone else’s car or threw them away. He claimed that another woman in Blytheville had the same last name as mine had a car there being fixed as well. I believe he fixed the wrong part of my car realized it went back took my car apart and then attempted to fix the part my insurance paid for. My car is silver but somehow managed to have lime green paint in the area he wasn’t Even suppose to fix. H... read more
I rented a car here today so I could have my truck repaired and Paul I believe helped me. The nicest gentleman I have spoke with in a long time. Got me in a car fast. Fantastic place all around.
